- Quiet hours: 22:00 hrs to 08.00 hrs. - No third party bookings allowed, the person who makes the reservation must be in the apartment and is responsible for the other guests. Failure to comply will result in the termination of your stay without reimbursement. - Once the reservation is done, you'll have to send us full names of each guest and their DNI/passport numbers so we can generate the access to the apartment. In case you do not send this information, you won't have access to the apartment. - To give you the keys of the apartment, a picture of your DNI/passport may be taken. We will only give the keys of the apartment to the person who made the reservation. - Underage guests must be with their parents or legal guardian. - Please return the apartment keys to the building concierge when checking out. Failure to comply will result in a US$ 30.00 fine. Private parking: - Parking is 656 feet away and is subject to availability. - If you need it, please let us know as soon as you book the apartment. - To generate the access, you have to indicate us the make, model and license plate of the vehicle. - You are responsible for any damages you may cause to other vehicles, infrastructure or equipment. Garage key fob must be returned to the buildings front desk during check out. Failure to return it will result in a 100 USD fine. Public street parking: - It’s preferred that you let us know the make, model, and license plate of your car - It is free and safe, but we can’t make ourselves responsible for any damages that might happen as it’s on a public street - As it is a public parking, we can’t guarantee availability, although there are usually some parking spaces during the eveningThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
